Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Amenna, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. These terms are effective from the moment you use the app and remain in effect until you delete your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Amenna for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license: • You may use the app for your personal spiritual development • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code • You may not use the app or its content for commercial purposes • You may not use the app for illegal purposes

Amenna provides Islamic content including prayer times, Quran verses, duas, and other religious information. • Prayer times are based on recognized calculation methods • Quran translations are from authenticated sources • Duas and hadiths are compiled from reliable Islamic sources While we strive for accuracy, we recommend consulting qualified Islamic scholars for definitive religious rulings. Amenna cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of religious information.

Amenna Pro subscription provides access to premium features. • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • Cancellation does not affect access until the end of the current period • Refund requests are subject to the respective store policies • Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription Prices may vary by region and changes will be notified in advance.

The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Using the app for illegal activities • Sharing content that violates others' rights • Spreading spam, malware, or harmful content • Compromising app security • Creating fake accounts • Harassing or disturbing other users • Misusing the "Pray With Me" feature

Amenna and all its content (design, graphics, logos, text) are protected by intellectual property rights. • The Amenna brand and logo are registered trademarks • App design and user interface are copyrighted • Our custom content (animations, visuals) may not be used without permission Quran texts and traditional Islamic content are in the public domain.

Amenna is provided "as is" and "as available." • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation • We are not responsible for internet connection quality for online features • Prayer time accuracy depends on location services • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can delete your account at any time: • Use the "Delete Account" option in app settings • Request via destek@amenna.app Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service. For significant changes: • We will send an in-app notification • We will publish updated terms on our website • We will indicate the update date on this page Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts. Your consumer rights are reserved, and local laws may grant you additional rights.
